Refund policy

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We want you to feel confident shopping with OVIAZEN. You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, an item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition and packaging. You will also need your order number or other proof of purchase. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Contact us at lixueidc5@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

RETURN SHIPPING
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges and any customs duties or import taxes are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as OVIAZEN cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at lixueidc5@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Gift cards, personalized or custom-made items, and items marked final sale cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you are unsure whether an item is eligible, contact us before sending it back.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order after the return is accepted.

REFUNDS
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it is issued. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact lixueidc5@gmail.com.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY CANCELLATION RIGHT
Where applicable, customers in the European Union may cancel or return an order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. This right does not affect the broader 30-day return period offered above.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We process orders quickly and cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or shipped.
