SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
United States: 7–15 business days.
Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, and Australia: 8–18 business days.
Other supported international destinations: 10–25 business days.

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed. They are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by customs clearance, local carrier conditions, public holidays, severe weather, remote destinations, or other circumstances beyond our control.

SHIPPING COSTS
Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout. Complimentary shipping is available on qualifying orders of $79 USD or more, unless otherwise stated during a promotion.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
OVIAZEN ships to supported international destinations shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country. Unless expressly stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price.

TRACKING
Tracking information may take several business days to update after dispatch. If tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact us at lixueidc5@gmail.com.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipped.

LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order appears lost, arrives damaged, or is significantly delayed, contact lixueidc5@gmail.com with your order number. We will review the shipment with the carrier and assist with the available resolution.
